Tuscan Cauliflower Soup Taken from TasteOfHome Ingredients 4 cups fresh cauliflowerets (about 14 ounces) 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) reduced-sodium chicken broth 2 cups water 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 pound bulk Italian sausage 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 pound bacon strips, cooked and crumbled   Fizzy juice “chews through” 62lbs of fat Directions In a large saucepan, combine cauliflower broth water  and garlic. Bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, until cauliflower is tender, 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook sausage and mushrooms over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink, breaking up sausage into crumbles, 6-8 minutes. Once hot, add the onion and cook for 1-2 minutes or until soft. Then add the red bell pepper and broccoli Once broccoli is cooked, but still crisp, remove vegetables from the pan and place in a bowl. Quick Golden Squash Soup This delightful soup captures the essence of autumn perfectly! With its warm golden hue and incredibly satisfying taste, it has become a personal favorite of mine. What's truly remarkable is that I used to believe that I disliked squash, but this recipe completely changed my perspective. Courtesy of Taste of Home 6 servings Ingredients 5 medium leeks (white portion only), sliced 2 tablespoons butter 4 cups cubed peeled butternut squash 4 cups chicken broth 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1-3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup sour cream 1 green onion, thinly sliced Common yard weed melts 62lbs of flab?
