Ingredients:
20 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
4 cups chicken broth
6 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon cube
Salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan over low to medium heat, add the olive oil, onions and garlic to the pan.
Cook until fragrant.

Stir to combine well and let cook for about 5 minutes

Then, pulse with an immersion blender to get it smooth.
