Ingredients 1 pound broccoli 1 pound bacon Half of 1 red onion 2 cups of shredded cheese For the dressing: 3/4 cup mayo 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup stevia 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp salt Newly Discovered ‘juice’ awakens metabolism This broccoli salad is absolutely delicious and incredibly satisfying! It has become my go-to staple whenever I embark on a low-carb diet. The combination of fresh broccoli, flavourful ingredients, and a delightful dressing makes it an irresistible choice.
