This broccoli salad is fantastic! It's a must-have for me whenever I'm following a low-carb diet.












Ingredients

1 pound broccoli

1 pound bacon

Half of 1 red onion

2 cups of shredded cheese

For the dressing:

3/4 cup mayo

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup stevia

1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

1 tsp salt






































This broccoli salad is absolutely delicious and incredibly satisfying! It has become my go-to staple whenever I embark on a low-carb diet. The combination of fresh broccoli, flavourful ingredients, and a delightful dressing makes it an irresistible choice. Not only does it provide a burst of flavours, but it also offers a wealth of nutrients and helps to keep me on track with my low-carb eating plan.
