SUGAR FREE KETCHUP

Ingredients
⅓ cup tomato paste
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 to 4 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon Swerve Brown
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon allspice (or ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves)
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ tsp chipotle powder optional

Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and two tablespoons of the water. Continue to whisk in water until the mixture the consistency of store-bought ketchup.
Add the sweetener, garlic powder, allspice, salt, and chipotle powder if using. Whisk in until the sweetener dissolves. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
Notes
Storage Information: Store the ketchup in a glass container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
